The Seki Magoroku Azuchi Knife is a 3-layer clad blade Santoku knife crafted in Japan.

The mid layer of the 145mm blade is made of high carbon stainless clad steel and the outside layers with stainless steel.

The handle of the knife is made of composite wood for that natural look and for extra sanitation.

High hardness stainless steel blade steel is used for the core material and easy-to-sharpen stainless steel for the side metal to achieve both good sharpness and durability as well as ease of maintenance!. The cutting edge is made smoother by our unique 3-step grinding process!
